This 75 minutes MINDFUL BODY class combines the positive aspects of yoga such as balance, strength, flexibility with high intensity movements and meditation. With exercises that help tighten the body and define the muscles, it allows you to sweat and become a leaner overall self.
Use this practice to do what feels right in your body. Practice in a way that nourished ans strengthens your body. You will be offered modifications, so take what you need and take care of yourself.
