The emotional scale is large and expansive and has all of the human emotions on it. You're not always going to be in the love, bliss and abundant high vibrational emotions, but finding ways to slow down and center yourself allows you to send love to those lower vibrational emotions, heal the root cause of the feeling and move up into a more aligned and happier being.
