For this practice you will need: two blocks, 1 blocks, 1 set of dumbbells, 1 band, 1 slider
Start this Full Body practice standing on your mat and grounding into the floor and yourself. Move your energy with different exercise for your whole body. Feel yourself, breathe and strengthen your body, mind and soul.
Work to strengthen your immune system by focussing on the lymphatic system. You will be working on the neck, chest area, armpits and the groin area. You will do upside down positions to reverse the flow of the lymphatic fluid in your body.
