Mindful Body is a Full Body Workout for the body and the mind, with exercises that help tighten the body, define our muscles, allow us to sweat and become a leaner overall self. This class is about getting to know yourself. It is a safe space, with no judgement. So make it all about you.
Use this class for whatever you need. Allow yourself to be, to breathe, to feel. When something comes up - emotions and feelings, see if you can give them space. Try to close your eyes as often as possible.
Mindful Body is more than a physical workout. What we want for you is to listen to your body and do what feels good for you. Remember that your body is different everyday. Maybe you wanna slow it down, doing a different movement or taking a break. This is your practice.
