70 minutes of very activating Full Body Pulse Workout with Hano. In this class you start with your lower body. Hano guides you through exercises for your glutes, booty and legs. You will then move into a sequence of arm exercises before you will have full 15 minutes of core workout to finally integrate in a short cool down sequence.
Equipment needed: two blocks, one dumbbell, band, pilates ball, slider
Ulrike guides you through a 55 minutes Pilates workout for the entire body. You will start with a gentle warmup to wake up the muscles, transition into an active full body workout and cool down with stretching exercises.
